Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá hodnocením hospodaření statutárního města Karviné v letech 2011–2015. Je rozdělena do tří částí. První část je zaměřena na teoretická východiska práce. Jsou zde uvedeny základní informace o obcích a jejich rozpočtech. Ve druhé části je pozornost věnována popisu základních informací vybraného subjektu a zhodnocení jejich současného hospodářského stavu, zejména příjmů a výdajů. Třetí část obsahuje možné návrhy na zlepšení hospodářské situace města. The Bachelor’s thesis deals with the evaluation of the economy of Karviná Town between the years 2011 and 2015. The thesis is divided into 3 parts. The first part contains theoretical information about municipalities and their budgets. The second part consists of basic information about Karviná and evaluation of their financial situation – especially the incomes and expenses. The third part contains my suggestions how to make the financial situation of this town better.
