Práca pojednáva a problematike stability napäťovej referencie s LTZ1000(A). V úvode sú špecifikované najhlavnejších parametre napäťovej referencie z hľadiska stability a uvedené je rozdelenie napäťových referencií podľa spôsobu zapojenia do obvodu a podľa architektúry. Uvedené sú výhody, nevýhody a porovnania dostupných referencií firmy Analog Devices a Linear Technology. Práca ďalej obsahuje podrobný popis napäťovej referencie LTZ1000(A) a používaných obvodov. Uvedené sú hlavné faktory, ktoré vplývajú na stabilitu referencie, napríklad teplota, návrh dosky plošného spoja, nastavenie pracovného prúdu Zenerovou diódou, prúdenie vzduchu a výber súčiastok obvodu s referenciou LTZ1000(A). Uvedený je popis návrhu modulu s výstupným napätím 7 V, 5 V a 10 V. Na troch vzorkách DPS je odmeraný teplotný koeficient a hodinová stabilita. The thesis deals with the issue of stability of voltage reference based on LTZ1000(A) integrated circuit. At the beginning are specified main parameters of voltage references in terms of stability. The work presents distribution references by architecture and by method of connection to the circuit. Work compares some references of Analog Devices and Linear Technology companies. In work is described voltage reference LTZ1000(A) and its circuits from datasheet. Listed are the main factor that influence the stability of reference, such as temperature, PCB design, Zener diode bias current, airflow and choice of circuit components. Given the description of a design module with the 7 V, 5 V and 10 V output. Made was three samples of PCB. Listed are results from long-term drift and temperature drift measures.
