Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem projektu vytvoření nové služby pro společnost, která se věnuje nabízením služeb pomocí aktivního telemarketingu. V práci je využita metodika projektového managementu. Master thesis describes the design of the project of a new service creation for the com-pany, which is engaged in offering services through active telemarketing. The method-ology of project management is used in the thesis.
