Cílem této diplomové práce bylo komplexní zhodnocení investičního záměru modernizace výrobní haly vybrané společnosti. V literární rešerši jsou popsány metody, které byly následně aplikovány pro samotné výpočty na základě, kterých byly sestaveny peněžní toky investice, určena diskontní míra, provedeny výpočty zvolených ukazatelů z řad metod statických a dynamických. Následně byla identifikována a zhodnocena rizika spojená s investicí pomocí simulace Monte Carlo. Závěrem této práce obdrží společnost doporučení, zda má projekt realizovat či nikoli. The goal of this diploma thesis was to evaluate the complex investment project of modernization of production halls selected companies. The literature search methods are described, which were subsequently applied to the actual calculations on the basis of which were compiled cash flows of investment, determined discount rate calculations performed indicators selected from among the methods of static and dynamic. Was subsequently identified and assessed the risks associated with an investment by using Monte Carlo simulation. The conclusion of this work the company receives a recommendation whether or not to implement the project.
