Cílem této diplomové práce je vytvoření reálného podnikatelského plánu pro založení malého podniku zabývajícího se výrobou cyklistických brašen v Bučovicích. Práce je rozdělena do tří základních částí. První část popisuje základní pojmy, použité analýzy a náležitosti podnikatelského plánu. Druhá část obsahuje analýzy vnitřního a vnějšího prostředí. Poslední část se zabývá konkrétním podnikatelským plánem, harmonogramem a jeho implementací. The main goal of this thesis is to create a realistic business plan for small company specialized in the production of bicycle bags in Bučovice. The thesis consists of three basic parts. The first part describes the basic terms, definitions of used analyzes and requirements for the business plan. The analyzes of internal and external environment are performed in the second part. Suggested business plan and schedule of its implementation are described in the last part of the thesis.
