Diplomová práce je zaměřena na návrh podnikového finančního plánu a skládá se z teoretické a praktické části. Teoretická část se zabývá teoretickými východisky finančního plánování. V praktické části jsou provedeny analýzy současného stavu společnosti. Následně je sestaven finanční plán společnosti pro období let 2016-2019. Závěr práce tvoří vyhodnocení a kontrola sestavených finančních plánů. The diploma thesis focuses on a corporate financial plan proposal, and consists of theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part deals with theoretical solutions of financial planning. The practial part contains analyzes showing the current state of the corporation. Further, a financial plan for 2016-2019 year period is compiled. The thesis concludes with an evaluation and examination of compiled financial plans.
