Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou realitního trhu nemovitostí spojených s pohostinstvím ve středu města Brna. Cílem je zjistit a posoudit faktory, které ovlivňují kupní cenu nebo nájemné. Vyhodnocení bude probíhat na základě dotazníkového šetření a vytvoření databáze. The diploma thesis deals with analysis of real estate market restaurant premises in center of Brno. The aim is to identify and assess the factors that affect the purchase price or rent. Evaluation will be based on the survey and created a database.
