Diplomová práce je zaměřena na provedení auditu u zemědělského subjektu. Je zde uveden historický vývoj auditu a základní informace. Práce popisuje regulaci v rámci Evropské unie, samotný postup dle Mezinárodních auditorských standardů a specifika auditu u zemědělského podniku. V analytické části je postup ověřování účetní závěrky znázorněn na konkrétní účetní jednotce. Cílem je přiblížit legislativní úpravu a postup provádění auditu účetní závěrky v České republice. The thesis is focused on the audit on an agricultural entity. There is a historical development of audit and basic information. The thesis describes the regulation in the European Union, the procedure itself in accordance with International Standards on Auditing and the specifics of the audit at the agricultural company. In the analytical part is the procedure shown on a particular entity. The aims are to describe legislative regulation and procedure of audit in the Czech Republic.
