Diplomová práce se zabývá výrobou součásti držáku jehelní tyče pro firmu MINERVA BOSKOVICE, a.s. za účelem návrhu zefektivnění výroby. První část diplomové práce je věnována rozboru použitých technologií na výrobu součásti. Druhá část práce je zaměřena na rozbor součásti a její stávající výrobu. Ve třetí části je proveden návrh inovace výrobního procesu obsahující popis přípravku a nových strojů použitých pro výrobu, volbu nástrojů, technologický postup a strojní výpočty. V poslední části je zhodnocena stávající a nově navržená výroba s jejich vzájemným porovnáním. This diploma thesis deals with the manufacturing of the needle bar holder for the company MINERVA BOSKOVICE, a.s. to propose the efficient production. The first part of diploma thesis is dedicated to the analysis of the technologies used for manufacturing the component. The second part of the thesis is focused on the analysis of the component and its current production. The third part suggests a design for a manufacturing process innovation containing the description of a new machine used for manufacturing, tool selection, technological process and mechanical calculations. The last part evaluates the current and a newly designed production and makes a comparison between the two ways.
