Hlavním cílem této bakalářské práce je navrhnout a zkonstruovat přípravek pro frézovací upínací trn ISO 40. Tento přípravek nahradí starší, který je používaný ve frézařské dílně v budově C2 na FSI VUT v Brně a tím usnadní a urychlí práci obsluhy při výměně frézovacího nástroje. Součástí práce je návrh postupu výroby, zvolený materiál a řezné podmínky. V úvodní části je uvedena teorie potřebná k pochopení problematiky. Práce je ukončena technicko-ekonomickým zhodnocením s celkovým vyčíslením nákladů spojených s výrobou přípravku pro frézovací trn. Main aim of this bachelor’s thesis is to design and product clamp for mandrel ISO 40. This clamp will replace the other one, which is used in the milling workshop C2 on BUT Faculty of Mechanical Engineering. It will ensure easier and faster operator’s work during tool change. Also manufacturing process, selected material and cutting conditions are described in this thesis. Theory necessary for an understanding of the issues is stated in introductory section. In the final part, there is executed technical-economical evaluation with the overall costings associated with the production of the clamp for mandrel.
