Dříve žila převážná část obyvatel na venkově. Žily tam celé rodiny spolu ve společném domě na společném pozemku. mladí pomáhali starším a staří svým potomkům, s domácností, s dětmi, s hospodářstvím. S nástupem industrializace a mobilizace se mnoho mladých lidí odstěhovalo do rozrůstajících se měst, za prací, do nově budovaných činžovních bytových domů, které byly spíš menší, než aby tam mohla bydlet spolu celá široká rodina. Ke vzájemné spolupráci bylo rázem daleko. Ve městě je více obyvatel, více pracovních příležitostí a i více starších lidí, o které převzal péči stát - domovy pro seniory - soustředění důchodců na jedno místo, bez denního kontaktu s mladými, s rodinou. Díky dobré zdravotní péči starších lidí přibývá a je potřeba se k této skutečnosti nějak postavit. Na venkově se ještě nachází dvojdomky či vícegenerační domy, kde bydlí rodina s prarodiči, ale ve městě se těžko najdou ke koupi či pronájmu dva byty poblíž sebe. Hlavním konceptem mé práce je tedy vytvoření tzv.dvojbytů, bytů se společným zádveřím, chodbou, které spojuje jeden menší a druhý větší byt. Využití zámku pro tento princip je více než vhodné - dojde k navrácení funkce bydlení pro rodinu, přičemž každá z generací najde v areálu zámku prostor pro své aktivity či zaměstnání. Tímto zůstane areál stále otevřený vůči obyvatelům města a nabídne jim nové možnosti trávení volného času (restaurace a amfiteatr). Previously, the bulk of the population lived in rural areas. The whole family lived there together in the family house on the same property. Young helped the elderly and old to their offspring, with households with children, with the economy. With the advent of industrialization and mobilization, many young people moved into the cities, to work, to the newly constructed blocks of residential houses, which were rather less than they could live with a large extended family. Mutual cooperation was suddenly far away. The town has more people, more jobs and more older people, which the state took care of them - homes for the elderly - retirees concentration in one place, without daily contact with young, with family. Thanks to good quality of health care older people is increasing and this problem is must be solved. The country has still semi-detached houses and multigenerational houses, where the family lived with grandparents, but in the city is hard to find to buy or rent two apartments near each other. The main concept of my work is to create a semi-detached flats, flats with common vestibule, which connects one smaller and one larger apartment. Use the castle for this principle is more than appropriate - will be returned the housing for the family and each of generation finds in the castle grounds space for their activities or employment. This area still remains open to inhabitant of the city and offer them new possibilities for leisure (restaurants and an amphitheater).
