Předmětem diplomové práce je projektová dokumentace stavební části pro provádění novostavby domova pro seniory ve Slavkově u Brna. Objekt má jedno podzemní a dvě respektive tři nadzemní podlaží. Projektovaná kapacita domova činí 40 klientů. Kromě ubytování seniorů také objekt poskytuje stravování, aktivizační činnosti a další služby spojené s činnostmi domova pro seniory ve smyslu zákona o sociálních službách. Z konstrukčního hlediska se jedná o zděný objekt se stěnovým nosným systémem, stropní konstrukce jsou provedeny z panelů z předpjatého betonu. Střechy jsou navrženy ploché jednoplášťové. The subject of this thesis is a design documentation for new construction of the elderly house in Austerlitz. The building has one underground and two or three floors. Designed capacity is 40 clients in the house. In addition to the accommodation of seniors also provides catering facility, motivational activities and other services connected with the activities of the senior home under the Act on Social Services. From a structural point of view it is an object of a wall brick supporting system, ceiling structures are made of panels of prestressed concrete. Roofs are designed flat single shell.
