Cílem této bakalářské práce je návrh desek plošných spojt výkonové části rychlonabíječky na bází nových polovodičových prvkt SiC pro elektromobil. Tato práce navazuje na semestrální projekt ze zimního semestru letošního akademického roku. Kromě samotného návrhu DPS se zde popisuje dimenzování výkonových součástek použitých při konstrukci rychlonabíječky, stanovení jejích ztrát a provádí se měření, které má za úkol porovnat vlastnosti DC/DC měniče osazeného SiC diodami s měničem, jehož konstrukce je založená na klasických křemíkových diodách. Abstr The aim of this Bachelor Thesis is the PCB design of the Quick Charger performance based on new semiconductors SiC for electric vehicles. This work builds on a semester project from a winter semester of this academic year. In addition to the PCB design here described dimensioning of power devices used in the construction of Quick Charger, setting their losses and carry out the measurements, which aims to compare the performance of DC / DC converters with manned SiC diodes converter, whose structure is based on conventional silicon diodes.
