Ve studii jsou popsány charakteristiky pracovního zatížení zdravotníchsester, některé jejich osobnostní charakteristiky a úroveň syndromuvyhoření. Uvedené proměnné jsou srovnávány u sester vykonávajících prácina různých odděleních. In the study workload, some personality characteristics and a level ofbornout syndrome in the sample of nurses is sddressed. These variablesare compared with the respect to the specializations of the nurses.
