Tato práce se zabývá využitím počítačového vidění, jako  prostředku pro interakci člověka s PC. Její součástí je návrh a implementace rozhraní pro ovládání hry pomocí gest a pohybů ruky, které snímá kamera. V práci jsou popsány a vyhodnoceny algoritmy segmentace obrazu (odečítání pozadí, prahování, Bayessův teorém, Gaussův model) i klasi kace gest ruky (knowledge-based klasifikace, Hu invariantní momenty a K-nearest neighours). Součástí implementace je mechanická konstrukce držáku snímací kamery a demonstrační 3D FPS hra. This paper is intended for computer vision usage as a way of human-computer interacion. It covers design and implementation of interface for game controlling by hand gestures and movements, that are captured by camera. It describes and evaluates image segmentation algorithms (background subtraction, thresholding, Bayes' theorem, gaussian model) as well as hand gesture classification algorithms (knowledge-based classification, Hu invariant moments and K-nearest neighours). Implementation includes machanical contruction of camera holder and 3D FPS game as a interface usage demonstration.
