Úkolem této bakalářské práce je popsat a realizovat vybrané metody pro odhad výkonového spektra z variability srdečního rytmu. Byly vypracovány dvě metody, které jsou v závěru práce navzájem srovnány. Práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. V teoretické části je popsán signál EKG a teorie variability srdečního rytmu, v praktické části je provedena realizace zmíněných dvou vybraných metod odhadu výkonového spektra z variability srdečního rytmu a několika dalších doplňkových zobrazení v prostředí Matlab The goal of this thesis is to describe and implement the chosen method for estimating the power spectrum of heart rate variability. Two methods have been developed that are aligned with each other conclusion. This thesis of theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part describes the theory of the ECG signal and heart rate variability in the practical part the realization of the two selected methods for estimating the power spectrum of heart rate variability, and several other auxiliary display in Matlab
