Práca rozoberá jednotlivé kroky postupu vytvárania máp z OpenStreetMap dát. Skúma nástroje, pomocou ktorých tieto kroky môžu byť realizované. Hodnotí ich varianty s cieľom vybrať vhodnú pre použitie v následnej implementácii. Implementuje celé riešenie pomocou vybraných nástrojov, od získania dát, cez vykreslenie máp, po ich poskytnutie koncovému uživateľovi. Postup dôkladne dokumentuje. Ukazuje, ako do máp vkladať vlastné vrstvy, konkrétne vrstevnice a značené turistické chodníky a ako v mapách vyhľadávať trasy. Thesis analyzes steps of creating maps from OpenStreetMap data. It examines tools, that can be used to perform those steps, evaluates them and their variations with the goal of choosing one suitable to be used in implementation. Then it implements the entire proposed solution using the selected tools from obtaining the data, through rendering map images, to serving them to end users. The procedure is documented thoroughly. It shows how to insert your own layers to the map, in this case counour lines and walking trails and how to search for routes.
