Tato diplomová práce se zabývá informačním systémem v souvislosti s podnikovými procesy. V práci jsou analyzovány procesy, jejich propojení s informačním systémem a místa, kde je možné informační systém vylepšit. Zohledňují se mnohá kritéria a jsou navrženy takové změny, které napomůžou jak zaměstnancům, tak zákazníkům. Hlavní myšlenkou změn je pomoc v automatizaci procesů, menší administrativní zátěži na zaměstnance a podpoření nástrojů pro manažerské rozhodování. V závěru jsou zhodnoceny přínosy a je posouzena náročnost změn. This thesis deals with the information system in the context of business processes. The work processes are analyzed, their interconnection with the information system and where it is possible to improve the information system. To take into account a number of criteria and are designed such changes that will help employees and customers. The main idea behind the changes is to assist in the automation of processes, less administrative burden on staff and supporting tools for managerial decision-making. In conclusion, the benefits are reviewed and assessed intensity changes.
