Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku znalostního managementu, jeho principy a jejich aplikaci. První část práce je zaměřena na teoretická východiska. Ta jsou následně využita pro zpracování analytické a praktické části, kde se věnuji návrhu vlastního řešení, ve kterém navrhuji postupy, jak eliminovat identifikované nedostatky. The diploma thesis focuses on the issue of knowledge management, its principles and its application. The first part focuses on theoretical foundations. These are then used for analytical and practical part, which is dedicated to a proposal of own solution, where I propose practices to eliminate the identified weaknesses.
