Cieľom tejto práce je realizácia detektoru kontrakcie srdcových buniek v programe LabView. Zameriava sa na problematiku prahovania obrazu, návrh a realizáciu prahovacích algoritmov a ich následnú implementáciu do detektora. The objective of the thesis is the realisation of detector for cardiac cell´s contraction in LabView software. The thesis is focused on the issue of image thresholding, suggestion and realisation of threshold algorythms and the following implementation into the detector.
