Diplomová práce řeší problematiku předběžného hodnocení budov. Popisuje účely stavebně-technických posudků, zejména pak ověření stavu budov, způsoby zjištění skrytých vad či poruch. Dále popisuje výhody provedení stavebně technického posudku budovy zejména pak upřesnění hodnoty objektu a poukazuje na možné nevýhody vzniklé při jeho neprovedení. Provedení předběžného hodnocení budovy a navržení podrobného stavebně-technického posudku. Diploma thesis addresses the issue of the preliminary assessment of buildings. Describes the purposes of construction-technical assessments, in particular, verify the condition of buildings, methods of finding hidden defects or failures. It also describes the benefits of design construction-technical assessments of buildings and points at possible disadvantages resulting from the failure construction-technical assessments. Performing preliminary assessment of building and design of detailed construction-technical assessment.
