Pracovní režimy řidičů jsou omezující limity důležité jak pro silniční dopravce, tak pro řidiče. Mají zásadní vliv na logistické mechanismy výrobních podniků, které přepravují své zboží po silnici. Nedodržování těchto limitů, je v poslední době jeden z hlavních problémů v silniční dopravě a vede k nekalé konkurenci mezi silničními dopravci. Dopravce získává nedodržováním těchto sociálních předpisů zcela zásadní konkurenční výhodu. V poslední době se uvedené problematice věnuje hodně času z pohledu politiků. Státy porušování sociálních předpisů dopravcem i řidičem tvrdě trestají a často se v článcích dočteme o pracovních režimech řidičů a s tím spojenou nebezpečnost nákladní dopravy, ohrožení bezpečnosti silničního provozu, ohrožení řidičů osobních vozidel. Již 10 let se uvedené problematice věnuji a podílím se na tvorbě školících materiálů na toto téma u Sdružení ČESMAD BOHEMIA. Ve své práci jsem chtěl posoudit problematiku pracovních režimů řidičů z odborného hlediska - jak jsou limity pracovních režimů nastavené a zda vyhovují bezpečnosti silničního provozu. Dále pak posoudit statistiky nehodovosti v ČR v návaznosti na pracovní režimy řidičů a navrhnout změny, které by přispěly ke zlepšení sociálních předpisů v návaznosti na bezpečnost silničního provozu. For 10 years devoted to the issue and participate in the creation of training materials on the subject of Logistics and. In my work I wanted to examine the issue of working arrangements drivers from professional point of view - how the limits are set and working arrangements whether they comply with road safety. Next, consider the statistics of accidents in the CR in relation to drivers' working arrangements and to propose changes that would contribute to the improvement of social legislation in relation to road safety.
