Cílem diplomové práce je provést analýzu současného stavu a zpracovat technický výklad základních vybraných pojmů z pravidel silničního provozu s cílem zvýšení právní jistoty účastníků silničního provozu a pro potřeby soudně inženýrské praxe. Jedná se o pojmy bezpečná vzdálenost, rozhled, náhle a nenáhle. Diplomová práce pojedná o technickém výkladu vybraných pojmů z pravidel silničního provozu, které jsou důležité pro bezpečnost provozu. The aim of this thesis is to analyze the current situation and prepare a technical interpretation of selected basic concepts of traffic rules to increase legal certainty and the road needs to bring to engineering practice. These are the concepts of safe distance, perspective, suddenly and unsuddenly. The diploma work is dealt with on a technical interpretation of selected terms of traffic rules, which are important for safety.
