Tato diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem a výrobou prototypu těhlice předního kola studentské formule Dragon 4 týmu TU Brno Racing s využitím moderních CAD/CAM technologií. V úvodní části se práce zabývá teoretickým rozborem technologie frézování. Dále je proveden rozbor hliníkových slitin, který má za cíl začlenit obráběný materiál Certal. V praktické části práce je provedena konstrukce těhlice v CAD softwaru SolidWorks 2012 a návrh frézovacích strategií v CAM softwaru PowerMILL 10. Následuje realizace výroby prototypu na CNC obráběcím centru MCV 754 QUICK ve firmě BOSCH DIESEL s.r.o. v Jihlavě. Na závěr je provedeno technicko-ekonomické zhodnocení výroby. This master's thesis deals with design and manufacture of a prototype of pitman front right wheel of student's formula Dragon 4 of a team TU Brno Racing with use of advanced CAD/CAM technology. Opening part of the thesis deals with the theoretical analysis of milling technology. Furthermore, there is an analysis of aluminum alloys, which aims to integrate the material being machined CERTAL. In the practical part of the work the construction of pitman is done using CAD software SolidWorks 2012 and proposal of milling strategies is done using software PowerMILL CAM 10. The following is the realization of manufacture in CNC machining center MCV 754 QUICK at Bosch Diesel Ltd, in Jihlava. Techno-economic evaluation of the manufacture is done in conclusion.
