Cieľom diplomovej práce je konštrukčný a technologický návrh krídla s výrazným znížením podielu manuálnej práce a počtu prípravkov pri zostavovaní dielov konštrukcie. Prvou časťou práce je objasnenie problematiky obrábania a tvárnenia plechových dielov krídla a tiež využitie CAD systémov. V ďalšej časti je opísaných niekoľko konštrukčných návrhov krídla, ich pevnostná kontrola a porovnanie ceny a hmotnosti hlavného nosníka s nosníkom vyrobeným z L-profilov. Nasleduje technologický postup výroby jednotlivých dielov konštrukcie a kontrola lemov plechových dielcov konštrukcie. Záver práce je venovaný montážnemu postupu zostavenia krídla. The aim of the thesis is design and technological design of wing with significant reduction manual work and number of preparations in preparing part of structures. The first part of the work is to explanation the issues and machining metal parts forming wings and also the use of CAD systems. The next section describes several design proposals wings, strength test and compare price and weight of main girders with breams made of L-profiles. Followed by the technological process of production individual part design and control hems of sheet metal part design. The conclusion is dedicated to building assembler wings.
