Cílem práce je návrh technologie výroby kotoučové brzdy. Součást je vyráběná s korozivzdorné oceli 17 023 (X30Cr13). Polotovarem je plech o tloušťce 6 mm. V rámci literární studie byly srovnané možné technologie výroby. S ohledem na zadání výroby 200 000 kusů byla zvolena technologie přesného stříhání s tlačnou hranou. Pro výrobu byl zvolen hydraulický lis HFA 7000. Hlavním bodem práce je návrh střižného nástroje a vytvoření výkresové dokumentace. Součástí práce je i technicko-ekonomické zhodnocení navrhované výroby. The purpose of the diploma thesis is to design a manufacturing technology of the Brake Disk. The component is made of stainless steel 17 023 (X30Cr13). The blank is 2 mm thick sheet metal. Within the literary study the comparison of the possible technologies of manufacturing has been carried out. With respect to the batch size 200 000 pieces the fineblanking technology has been chosen. For the manufacturing has been chosen HFA 700 press. The major point of diploma thesis is to design a cutting tool and create a drawing documentation. The part of the project is the technical and economical evaluation of the designed manufacturing process.
