Cílem diplomové práce, je na základě zadaných parametrů polohovací jednotky, mezi které patří pracovní zdvih (1m, 2m, 4m), zatížení (5kg, 50kg, 500kg), přesnost najetí do polohy (0,04mm) a dynamika (max. dosažitelná rychlost 1,5m/s), sestavit návrhy s kuličkovým šroubem, lineárním motorem, ozubeným řemenem a ozubeným hřebenem. Pro vybrané varianty polohovací jednotky navrhnout 3D model polohovací jednotky. Navržené varianty porovnat a definovat jejich výhody/nevýhody, technicko-ekonomické porovnání, limitní hodnoty jednotlivých konstrukčních řešení atd. Práce obsahuje rešerši pohonů v oblasti polohovacích jednotek, návrh jednotky s ozubeným řemenem, ozubeným hřebenem, kuličkovým šroubem, lineárním pohonem, výpočtovou zprávu jednotlivých návrhů dále pak 3D návrh variant pro kuličkový šroub a lineární motor včetně výkresů sestavy a výrobních výkresů The aim of the thesis is based on specified parameters positioning units, which include stroke (1m, 2m, 4m), load (5kg, 50kg, 500kg), you place the position accuracy (0.04 mm) and dynamic (maximum attainable speed 1.5 m / s), proposals to build a ball screw, linear motor, a toothed belt and toothed comb.
