Projekt vypracovaný v rámci magisterského studia oboru M2-P, předkládá návrh technologie výroby duté součásti z plechu DX53D+Z275N+NC s otvory plošným tvářením. Pro výrobní dávku 225 000 ks za rok, je na základě literární studie problematiky výroby této součásti navrhnut nový způsob výroby součásti na postupovém nástroji a ten je porovnán se stávající výrobou na jednoduchých nástrojích. Postupový nástroj má 12 kroků a kombinuje v nich stříhání, tažení a protahování. Nástroj je uchycen v hydraulickém lisu KAISER KSTU2500 s maximální silou 2500 kN. Simulace pro tažení byly provedeny v programu PAM-STAMP 2G 2011. The project developed in the master's degree in M2-P, proposes a technology of hollow metal components DX53D+Z275N+NC with holes sheet metal forming. For batch production 225 000 units per year, on the basis of literary study problems of production of components there is designed a new way of producing components for progressive tools and it is compared with current production of simple tools. A progressive tool has 12 steps and combines them in cutting, drawing and extrusion. The tool is mounted in the hydraulic press KAISER KSTU2500 with a maximum force of 2500 kN. Simulations were performed for the campaign in the PAM-STAMP 2G 2011.
