Předmětem této diplomové práce je návrh konstrukce posuvové skříně osy x portálového obráběcího centra FRP 300 z produkce TOS Kuřim-OS, a.s. Práce zahrnuje rešerši v oblasti použití pastorku a hřebene pro posuvové soustavy obráběcích strojů, možné varianty řešení daného problému a detailnější rozpracování vybrané konstrukční varianty. Součástí práce je výpočtová dokumentace, 3D model a výkresová dokumentace vybraných částí. The subject of this thesis is design of feed box for axis x of portal milling machine center FRP 300 from production of TOS Kuřim-OS, a.s. Thesis contains recherche in application field of rack and pinion drives for machine tools feed mechanisms, possible design solutions of given task and elaborate of the most appropriate solution. Thesis further includes calculations, 3D model and drawings of selected parts.
