Tato diplomová práce se zabývá studií a konstrukcí pístového čerpadla s lineárním motorem, jenž je možno využít v lékařství pro čerpání krve. Teoretická část obsahuje přehled současně používaných náhrad a podpor srdce, stejně jako rozdělení základních prvků systému mimotělního oběhu krve. Je zde proveden i výčet zpětných ventilů sloužících v lékařství při operacích chlopní srdce. V práci jsou odvozeny základní rovnice pro návrh parametrů čerpadla a jejich výpočet je proveden dle konkrétního zadání. Z vypočtených hodnot vychází samotná konstrukce čerpadla a následná výroba modelů technologií 3D tisku. V závěru diplomové práce je provedeno porovnání teoretických výsledků s provedeným experimentem. This thesis deals with study and design of plunger pump with linear motor. This pump can be used for blood pumping in heart surgery. The theoretical part of this thesis is focused on description of extracorporeal circuit, heart boosters and artificial heart. This thesis provides an overview of check valves which are used in heart surgery too. Basic equitations for pump design are derived and calculated in this thesis. The pump design and manufacturing by the 3D technology was made by previous results. Finally, in this thesis are compared theoretical results and experimental data.
