Cílem této práce je vypracovat souhrn konkrétních postupů, které umožní zlepšit podnikatelskému subjektu jeho finanční situaci a zaměřit se na eliminaci nevyhovujících finančních ukazatelů. V této práci jsou použity nástroje finanční analýzy k rozboru finanční situace podniku. Na základě výsledků rozboru firmy jsou navrženy postupy ke zlepšení finanční situace. Objective of this thesis is to make a summary elaboration of particular proposals, which can reform the financial situation of the company and target the elimination of inconvenient financial indicators. In this thesis, there are used the financial analysis methods to parse financial situation of the company. For a consideration of the company financial results are proposed the processes to improve the financial situation of the company.
