Práce je věnována problematice vytváření základů uherského ústavního systému ve středověku a úloze Verböczyho Tripartita v uherském právu v raném novověku. Paper deals with forming of foundations of the Hungarian constitutional system in the Middle Ages and with a role of Verböczy's Tripartitum in yhe Hungarian law in the Early Modern Ages.
