Tato diplomová práce řeší vypracování projektové dokumentace pro provedení stavby HORSKÉHO PENZIONU. Objekt je situován v okrajové části obce Řeka, na svažitém pozemku. Jedná se o čtyřpodlažní objekt s jedním podzemním podlažím a třemi nadzemními. Obvodové nosné konstrukce v suterénu a 1NP v místě nepřímého kontaktu se zeminou, jsou vyzděny ze ztraceného bednění a zmonolitněné betonem. Vnitřní a obvodové nosné zdivo je vyzděno z keramických tvárnic. Stropní konstrukci tvoří keramicko-betonové panely. Schodiště a výtahové šachty jsou železobetonové. Stavba je zastřešena sedlovou střechou, která je nad hlavním vchodem rozdělena střechou pultovou. Část půdního prostoru je využívána jako podkroví. This thesis describes the preparation of a project documentation for construction of a mountain guest house. The building is situated in the outskirts of the village Řeka on sloping land. It is a four-storey building with a basement and three floors. Peripheral bearing structures in the basement and first floor are in indirect contact with the soil and are lined with shuttering and a monolithic concrete. Perimeter and interior bearing walls are lined with ceramic blocks. The ceiling structure consists of a pramic - concrete panels. Stairways and elevator shafts are reinforced with a concrete . The building is covered with a gable roof, which is divided in the centre by an aisle roof. The part of the loft is used as an attic.
