Předmětem této práce je popis problematiky stanovení rozpočtu rekonstruovaného rodinného domu v Otrokovicích. Teoretická část popisuje základní pojmy užívané u rekonstrukcí, charakter památkové zóny ve Zlíně, možné způsoby rekonstrukce, tvorbu rozpočtu a stanovení hodnoty nemovitosti oceněním. Praktická část popisuje samotný objekt, způsob rekonstrukce a sestavení ceny rekonstrukce souhrnným rozpočtem. The aim of this diplom thesis is to describe the issue itemized budget of reconstruct family house in Otrokovice. Theoretical part describes basic concepts of reconstruction, character of protected houses in Zlín, ways of reconstruction, itemized budget and real estate apraisal. The practical part is mainly focused on the information about building, ways of reconstruction and price of construction.
