Navrhované polyfunkční domy se nachází v lokalitě Jihlava v jihovýchodní části zvané Handlovy dvory. Polyfunkční domy jsou navrženy jako samostatně stojící třípodlažní domy s plochou jednoplášťovou střechou. Půdorysy domů jsou obdélníkové. Označujeme jako Objekt A a Objekt B. V objektu A se v 1NP nachází 4 obchody a dále výměníková stanice . Ve druhém nadzemním podlaží jsou 4 byty o velikosti 2+kk, které mají sklepy. Třetí nadzemní podlaží je totožné jako druhé, tedy opět 4 byty 2+kk se sklepy. V objektu se tedy nachází celkem 8 bytových jednotek. V objektu B se v 1NP nachází posilovna, obchod a výměníková stanice. Ve druhém nadzemním podlaží jsou 4 byty o velikosti 3+kk.. Třetí nadzemní podlaží je totožné jako druhé, tedy opět 4 byty 3+kk. V objektu se tedy nachází celkem 8 bytových jednotek. Oba domy jsou postaveny ze stavebního systému VELOX. Proposed office and apartment buildings are situated in the south-east area of the city of Jihlava Handlovy dvory. Office and apartment buildings are designed as three-storey detached house, flat roof with a single casing. Buildings have rectangle layouts. The Objects are called Object A and Object B. Object A: There are four shops and exchange station in the 1st floor. In the second floor there are situated 4 apartments consisting of two rooms and a house cellar. The third floor is of the same pattern as the second one (again 4 apartments consisting of two rooms and a house cellar). In the object there are 8 apartments altogether. Object B: There are gym, one shop and exchange station in the 1st floor. In the second floor there are situated 4 apartments consisting of three rooms. The third floor is of the same pattern as the second one (again 4 apartments consisting of three rooms). In the object there are 8 apartments altogether. The houses are made of building system VELOX.
