Na základě značného rozdílu mezi faciemi v parautochtonní a alochtonní části profilu, při průkazné karotážní a biostratigrafické sekvenční korelaci, byl dokumentován významný pozůstatek ploše probíhajícícho variského násunového zlomu v prostoru jv. Od Frýdku-Místku. Dimenze tohoto pohybu dosahuje několika kilometrů a na základě faciálního modelu je odvozen jeho směr od SZ na JV. Nálezy těchto stále rozsáhlých násunů odlišných od alpinských deformací v poměrně vzdálených místech východní Moravy mají zásadní význam pro stanovení rozsahu a charakteru variské deformace. According to considerable difference between the facies in (para)autochthonous part and allochthonous part, the documented translation on the thrust fault has dimension several kilometers. The direction of the movement has been defined from northwest to southeast - and surely not in opposite directions. Finding of Variscan thrust structures farther on the east of Moravia is significant for Variscan deformation models.
