Tématem mé bakalářské práce je syntéza nelineárních rezistorů a jejich modelování v obvodovém simulátoru Pspice. Základní stavební částí nelineárních rezistorů je analogová násobička. Mým úkolem je nakonfigurovat zapojení, která mají nelineární AV charakteristiku. Pomocí simulátoru Pspice budu tato zapojení analyzovat, jejíţ výsledkem bude průběh nelineární AV charakteristiky. The aim of my bachelor’s thesis is a synthesis of the nonlinear resistors and their simulation in circuit simulator Pspice. A basic building block is analog multiplier. My job is configure circuits, which charakteristics are nonlinear. I will analyse this circuits by simulator Pspice, product will be nonlinear AV curve.
