Cílem této práce je optimální cena stavby jako odraz cenové kalkulace. Součástí výpočtů je vytvoření několika cenových variant pomocí přeceňování původního nabídkového rozpočtu a následná aplikace nově vypočtených režií do těchto jednotlivých variant. The aim of this work is the optimum price of the built as a reflection of price calculation. Part of these calculations is the creation of several pricing options by altering the original costing followed by the application of the newly calculated costs into these individual options.
