Stavebně technologický projekt k bytovému domu Terasy Havlíčkova obsahuje technickou zprávu ke stavebně technologickému projektu, koordinační situaci stavby se širšími vztahy dopravních tras, časový a finanční objektový plán stavby, studii realizace hlavních technologických etap bytového domu, projekt zařízení staveniště, návrh hlavních stavebních strojů, časový plán hlavního stavebního stavebního objektu SO-01, plán zajištění materiálových zdrojů pro výstavbu bytového domu, technologický předpis pro provádění zemních prací a střech, kontrolní a zkušební plán pro provádění zemních prací a střech. V jiných zadáních byl zpracován položkový rozpočet bytového domu SO-01, propočet stavby dle THU, plán BOZP a Výpis bezpečnostních rizik a bezpečnostních opatření na staveništi.
