Má práce zkoumá vliv rekonstrukce prvků dlouhodobé životnosti na tržní cenu nemovitosti, konkrétně na rodinný dům. Pro případovou studii jsem si zvolila rekonstrukci střechy, respektive její nosné části, protože se s rekonstrukcí právě tohoto prvku dlouhodobé životnosti můžeme setkat nejčastěji. Případová studie je řešena formou ocenění rodinného domu před a po rekonstrukci, a to dvěma metodami: dle vyhlášky, porovnávací metodou a tržním oceněním, taktéž porovnávací metodou. My thesis deals with the influence of reconstruction of the long-lasting elements on the market price of the property, specifically on the family house. For a case study, I chose reconstruction of the roof, and its load-bearing part, because the reconstruction of this long-lasting element can be found in most cases. A case study is solved in the form of valuation of house before and after reconstruction, and it is done by two methods: according to the decree,by the comparison method and market valuation and also comparative method.
