Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na posouzení informačního systému a návrh změn v reálném podnikovém prostředí. Teoretická část popisuje problematiku a pojmy z oblasti informačních systémů, informačních technologií, procesů a projektů. V analytické části se nachází představení společnosti a analýza současného stavu jejího informačního systému a procesů. Na základě zjištění z analýz jsou učiněna doporučení a návrhy na možné změny. This master’s thesis is focused on information system assessment and proposal for its changes in real company enviroment. Theoretical part describes issue and notions from information systems, analytical instruments, processes and projects enviroment. In analytical part is situated introduction of the company and analysis of current state its information system and processes. Based on findings from analysis are made recomendations and proposals for possible changes.
