Předmětem diplomové práce je zhodnocení ekonomické efektivnosti a financování investičního projektu. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na základní teoretické poznatky z oblasti investičního rozhodování a popis hlavních metod hodnocení efektivnosti investic. Další část práce objasňuje teoretické poznatky z oblasti finanční a strategické analýzy, které ovlivňují investiční rozhodování. Praktická část práce zachycuje analýzu současného stavu vybrané společnosti. Tato analýza je východiskem pro zpracování třetí části práce, která obsahuje návrhy a doporučení investičního projektu. The subject of this thesis is to evaluate the economic efficiency and financing of the investment project. The theoretical part of the thesis is focused on the basic theoretical knowledge in the field of investment decisions and the description of the main methods of assessing the effectiveness of investments. Another part explains the theoretical knowledge of financial and strategic analysis that affect investment decisions. The practical part of the work captures analysis of current state of the selected company. This analysis is the basis for drafting of the third part, which contains the proposals and recommendations of the investment project.
