Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou Motivace a evaluace zaměstnanců ve společnosti VIA ALTA, akciová společnost. V první části jsou vysvětleny pojmy a teoretické poznatky k dané problematice důležité pro další postup. Analytická část je zaměřena na vybraný podnik, popisuje fungování systémů motivace, odměňování a evaluace zaměstnanců. Jsou zde také interpretovány a zhodnoceny výsledky dotazníkového šetření. Ve třetí části jsou prezentovány možné návrhy a myšlenky ke zlepšení úrovně motivace a evaluace zaměstnanců ve vybrané společnosti. Diploma thesis deals with motivation and evaluation of employees in VIA ALTA, Public Limited Company. The first part analyzes concepts and theoretical knowledge of the issue which are important to next step. The analytic part focuses on the company, describes functioning system of motivation, remuneration and evaluation of employees. Also, the results of survey are interpreted and assessed in the second part of the thesis. In the third part, there are presented possible proposals and thoughts to improve level of motivation and evaluation of employees in the company.
