Diplomová práce pojednává o problematice projektového řízení. Konkrétně se pak zabývá analýzou současného stavu a návrhem opatření pro projektové řízení společnosti Hella Autotechnik Nova, s. r. o., která jsou potřebná pro optimalizaci řízení vývojových projektů technického centra společnosti. V práci jsou využívané zejména postupy a metody projektového managementu definované organizací PMI (Project Management Institute). The master´s thesis deals with the problems of project management. Specifically, it deals with analysis of current state and draft measures for project management at company Hella Autotechnik Nova, s. r. o, which is necessary to optimizing for management of development projects in company technical centre. The thesis uses mainly procedures and project management methods defined by the PMI (Project Management Institute).
