Diplomová práce se zabývá oceněním společnosti metodou diskontovaných peněžních toků a ekonomické přidané hodnoty. V teoretické části práce jsou charakterizovány základní pojmy, principy a metody týkající se oceňování podniku. Praktická část práce se zabývá analýzami, které jsou nezbytné pro stanovení hodnoty podniku. Výsledkem práce je vyčíslení hodnoty podniku k datu ocenění. The subject of this master‘s thesis is to analyze the value of a company using method called discounted cash flow and economic value added. As for the structure, the thesis is divided in two main parts – theoretical and practical. In the theoretical one the most important concepts, principles and methods are presented. Practical part is focused on analyses, which have to be used as a tool to specify a value of a company. The result of the thesis is the measuring of a company’s value at the date of its valuation.
