Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na návrh investičního projektu pomocí nástrojů projektového managementu. Konkrétně se zabývá návrhem projektu na vybudování 3D učebny na průmyslové škole Sokolská, který bude financován ze strukturálních fondů EU. Úvodní část se věnuje teoretickým východiskům, která jsou poté použita i v praxi při samotném návrhu projektu. The master´s thesis focuses on the investment project design using project management tools. Specifically, it describes the project design to build a 3D classroom in the Technical school Sokolská, which will be financed from EU structural funds. The first part deals with theoretical solutions which are then applied in practice in the actual design of the project.
