Diplomová práce se zabývá využitím nástrojů a metodik projektového managementu ve společnosti, která se zabývá vývojem systémů pro pojišťovny. Realizovaným projektem je tvorba aplikace životního pojištění dětí. This thesis focuses with the use of tools and methodologies of project management in the company, which is engaged in developing systems for insurance companies. Implemented project is creation of aplication life insurance of children.
