Cílem diplomové práce je zhodnocení finanční situace společnosti BORS Břeclav a.s. a na základě zjištěných výsledků vytvořit vlastní návrhy na zlepšení. Analýza je provedena za období 2003 až 2012. V práci je také uvedeno srovnání s konkurenčními společnostmi. Práce je rozdělena do čtyř částí. V první části je uveden cíl práce a metody zpracování, v druhé části jsou uvedena teoretická východiska práce. Třetí část je věnována zhodnocení finanční situace podniku a v poslední části jsou uvedeny vlastní návrhy na zlepšení. The goal of the master's thesis is to evaluate the financial situation of the company BORS Břeclav a.s. and to create own suggestions for improvements based on the results. The analysis is carried out for the period 2003 to 2012. This work also shows a comparison with competing companies. The work is divided into four parts. The first part states the goal and methods of processing, in the second part is introduced the theoretical background of the work. The third part is devoted to the evaluation of the financial situation of the company and in the last part are presented own suggestions for improvements.
