Tato diplomová práce se zabývá projektovým cyklem projektů financovaných z Evropské Unie, konkrétně projekty z Operačního programu Vzdělávání pro konkurenceschopnost (OP VK). V teoretické části je uvedeno rozdělení strukturálních fondů Evropské unie (EU), mezi něž se řadí i OP VK projekty, které jsou podrobněji popsány v samostatné kapitole. Stěžejní částí diplomové práce je projektový cyklus, který je nejdříve uveden obecně a poté je v praktické části navržen konkrétní projektový cyklus zaměřený nejen na potřeby OP VK projektů, ale i s ohledem na pravidla veřejné výzkumné instituce, ve které se tyto projekty řeší. This diploma thesis deals with the project cycle of projects funded by the European Union, especially the projects from Education for Competitiveness Operational Programme (ECOP). In the theoretical part, there is stated the distribution of structural funds, among which belongs also the ECOP projects, which are described in more details in separate chapter. The main part of the diploma thesis is the project cycle, which is at first described in the general as well as in the practical part, where there is proposed a specific project cycle focused not only on ECOP projects needs, but also considering the rules of a public research institution, where these projects are solved.
