Tato diplomová práce vychází ze situace ve společnosti SUCCESS s. r. o., která sídlí v Brně, Banskobystrická 138. Práce zkoumá a hodnotí vnější a vnitřní nedostatky společnosti. Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je navržení změn vhodných k rozvoji Studia Success, které dokážou přispět k získání konkurenční výhody a zajistí tak růst tržeb, nárůst nových zákazníků a větší tržní podíl. The diploma thesis has been based on the present state of the SUCCESS company based in Brno, 138 Banskobystrická Street. The study examines and evaluates the external and internal weaknesses of the company. The main objective of the thesis is proposing changes suitable for the company development which are able to conduce to gaining the competitive advantage and thus the revenue growth, the increase in new customers, and a greater market share will be achieved.
